RIAs who receive an IW Safety Score of 65 or above (on a scale of 40-80) are added to IW’s RIA referral list for recommendation to inquiring investors. Investor’s Watchdog will update its investigation periodically and, if warranted, adjust the IW Safety Score. Of course, if an RIA’s score drops below 65, the RIA will no longer be eligible to receive investor referrals from IW.
