Are Pigeon Farm Investors Pigeons?

The target of a con is often called a ‘mark’ or a ‘pigeon.’  The Vancouver Sun is reporting that Iowa’s attorney general has warned investors in pigeon farms that they may be pigeons in an ongoing Ponzi scheme.  (more…)
